Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
By downloading or using Video Pencil, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app
Video Pencil is an iPad app for drawing on live video, recorded video and your camera. It is developed and operated by Good To Hear Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
Purchases and subscriptions
Some features, including the Football Toolkit, are sold as in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and for the same period, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- To restore purchases on a new device, use Restore Purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID.
Club licences
Club licences are arranged directly with us. Their price, duration and the number of iPads covered are agreed in writing before purchase.
Acceptable use
You must not use Video Pencil to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, obscene, defamatory or discriminatory. You are responsible for the content you create and share with the app, and for having the right to use any footage you load into it.
Intellectual property
Video Pencil and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Good To Hear Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal or professional purposes. Your videos and drawings remain yours.
Disclaimer and liability
Video Pencil is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Good To Hear Ltd makes no warranties about the availability, reliability or fitness of the app for any particular purpose, and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
